On a cat6k, following fields are used for etherchannel hash:-

Source XOR destination MAC

Source XOR destination IPv4

Source XOR destination IPv6

Show etherchannel load-balance hash-result interface po1 ip x.x.x.x y.y.y.y

(X.x.x.x - source IP/MAC

Y.y.y.y - destination IP/MAC)
